David graduated with honours from the University of Alabama-Huntsville with a degree in Business Administration. Thereafter, David attended the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor where he obtained his Masters of Business Administration in 2004.

After a brief stint with a large commercial bank in Toronto, ON, David then attended the University of Windsor Faculty of Law where he received the Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Award presented to the graduating student achieving the highest standing in subjects falling within the corporate/commercial study of law, and the McTague LLP Award for excellence in business law in 2009.
David spent the beginning of his career working for a medium-sized firm in Windsor, ON with a focus on business and real estate law before joining Pearsall, Marshall, Halliwill & Seaton LLP in 2015. Today, David’s practice is focused on all matters related to real estate, business, wills and estates, and municipal law.
When not in the office, David enjoys playing hockey, disc golf, and spending time with his wife, Tricia, and two sons, Harry and Sam.

Amanda's practice is focused on residential and commercial land development, commercial and residential real estate transactions, commercial leasing, contract drafting and negotiations, corporate transactions and financing transactions.
Amanda is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Essex Law Association. She graduated with a J.D. degree from the University of Windsor in June of 2015 and was called to the bar in June of 2016.

Andrew joined the Firm in 2018 after retiring from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in 2016 with 30 years of meritorious service. During his career, Andrew performed front-line policing, drug enforcement, financial crime, major-crime and political corruption investigations. In his final years with the RCMP, Andrew was a discipline and employee relations Adjudicator and Special Advisor to senior RCMP executives. In 2021, Andrew took a leave of absence from the Firm and worked as Labour Law Counsel for the Ontario Provincial Police Association (“OPPA”). That experience has provided Andrew with valuable legal skills directly transferable to both Employment and Labour law issues. Andrew has extensive experience in workplace investigations, drafting of employment agreements and employment handbooks, terminations and dismissals and harassment and discrimination cases.
Andrew is the recipient of the RCMP Commissioner’s Commendation for Exceptional Service as well as the Governor General’s Meritorious Service Medal. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and was called to the Bar in 2006. He is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario.

Elvey graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in 1971 after graduating with an Honours Degree in Business Administration with a standing in the top 10% of the class. After a brief career with Clarkson Gordon Chartered Accountants, he attended the Law School at Western in the fall of 1971 and successfully completed his Juris Doctor degree graduating with the Gold Medal in law.
After articling and attending the Bar Admission Course, Elvey practised law with the Corporate Commercial firm of the then Harrison Elwood- now Harrsion Pensa LLP- until November of 1977 when he commenced his practice of law in Leamington, Ontario. The Leamington law practice involved Corporate-Commercial, Real Estate, Estates and Municipal Law. At the end of January, the law practice was sold to David Halliwill who continues to carry on the law practice today. Upon the sale of the practice, Elvey retired from the practice of law but remains active in the community.
